I wasn’t afraid when death finally came, I met Him with outstretched arms!

NOT proud to be an American.

“Remember Beloved, God has no pleasure in the death of the wicked.” Ezekiel 18:23

Osama Bin Laden was a child of God, created, loved & valued immeasurably by Him. (Genesis 1:27)

It makes me sick to think that people are actually celebrating the killing of one of God’s precious children.

Osama’s sin is no greater than our own. (Romans 3:23)

America is NOT superior to any other country. (Genesis 1:31)

Being proud of taking someone’s life is not “being like Christ”. (John 10:10)

“Pride leads to destruction, a proud attitude brings ruin.” -Proverbs 16:18 

Jesus, please help me to love and forgive the people who are celebrating the death of one of Your children. Please help me to have a heart of mercy towards our military. Please help me to love the people that support it, even if I don’t. Please comfort Bin Laden’s loved ones as they grieve. Amen.
